Day 3 - Starting a Project

Today i decided to mess around with brushes and actually started a project, its a very simple landscape, not much to it but i didn't really want a complex first project, i want to make each one progressively more difficult with new techniques


very simple, line work still visible there. Like I said i haven't really painted in Photoshop so this is the real test of my skill to see where i need to improve and whatnot. Id like to finish a majority of the colouring tomorrow and see where i get.

Day 71

I have finished the animation, finally coloured every frame. I looked at past posts on the blog about this project and I found that this took from day 36, when i first loaded up the video, to now, day 71. That's just about half my time spent on this one project alone, it's kind of crazy. Day - 8 Change of pace

I've decided to change what I'm doing to Advanced Photoshop techniques, It was what really intrigued me last year and I simply lost interest in The painting, i was actually getting slightly frustrated with what i was working on before I found a great tutorial for adding tattoos to skin and I'm actually pretty interested in it, the link to it is here: https://design.tutsplus.com/tutorials/use-a-tattoo-font-to-add-a-realistic-tattoo-to-a-photo-in-photoshop--cms-33434 I can tell that I'm much more capable of doing this, and it's much more exciting to do this over my last choice, I'm actually going to have some fun with this one

Day 6 - New Project
